When it comes to Shuangliao, my hometown, it is not only beautiful in scenery, but also famous in the world for all kinds of snacks. A bite of it will make your mouth linger and make your aftertaste endless. Northeast Jiaozi is one of the snacks. Lets taste it with me!
If you want to eat it, you have to make it. Ill teach you how to make it. First, make some noodles soft, then make them into a small dough, and then roll the dough into a thin skin with a rolling pin. After rolling, it looks like a big moon. Then its time to make stuffing. Put whatever stuffing you like, for example. I like to eat the flavor of leek and egg, so I choose some good leek and fresh egg, fry the egg first, and then put some seasoning, which can make the dumplings more fragrant. Fortunately, my efforts did work for my parents. However, what makes me more optimistic is that society at large is becoming more concerned about the elder generation, and the fruit of technological innovation is no longer believed to be an asset only for the young people. Today, with simple Chinese instructions on the remote control, even my 80-year-old grandfather can play his favorite TV program on a DVD. Last year, with the money I earned from a part-time job, I bought my mother a new cell phone which supports handwritten messages instead of inputting words through a keyboard. And now, my mother no longer has to use the templates messages I've stored for her, instead, she now sends me messages as long as 300 words. The joy I have when reading those text messages is inexpressible, not only because of the words she writes, but also because our technology has indeed become a real blessing in her life.
Two years ago, the counter service in our neighborhood bank was replaced by an ATM station. With those intelligent machines, people can carry out all their regular banking services. My father, however, was not used to such a change. Thereafter, he always walked three blocks further to a bank with a counter to use their services. In the future, however, this will no longer happen, because when I went to that ATM station again last spring festival, I found a delightful change: the terminals there have adopted a voice guidance system. While I was there, I noticed a grey haired man using the voice instructions. And despite his hesitation between pressing the buttons, he left the bank with a satisfactory smile. What a marvel! 过了一会儿，我写完作业了，又靠了过去。咦?舅舅正在切鸡翅?切个小口怎能弄开呢?只见舅舅掀开小口，小心翼翼地把一勺孜然塞了进去。哦，原来如此，我又蹦了出来。
玩了一会回来，我看见舅舅在切葱。还顺便指挥我：“去帮我倒一杯可乐。”我心想：舅舅真是，做饭就做饭，倒什么可乐!却又想：是老舅想喝吧。便给我俩各倒了一杯。老舅温好了锅，把那杯可乐倒了进去，随即放上了料好的鸡翅。我一惊：炒菜竟然用可乐!老舅昏了头，把可乐当油倒了?又听老舅指挥我：“替我把淘好的米焖上吧。”我便半信半疑地照做。
大约半小时后，舅舅叫我，我走过去一看，简直惊呆了：鲜艳的鸡翅正在那里神气活现地“滋滋”冒油，一阵阵诱人的香味散发出来，叫人垂涎欲滴!
舅舅夹起三块鸡翅，放在盘子里，并说：“这就是‘暗黑晨料理之红石公园’!”
我端起盘子，准备开吃，却又不舍得吃，直到肚子有气无力地抗议了一声，我才舀起一勺被可乐酱染红的米饭，送到嘴里。
霎时，一股甜甜的香味和着米饭的清香，把舌尖迷得根本无法抗拒!美味被含在嘴里，一阵徘徊，才恋恋不舍地咽下去。
再咬一口鸡翅，肉的香浓给了我一种绝妙的体验，再加上爆炒后的可乐，那味道真是妙不可言!嚼一嚼，油脂流了一嘴，令人神思恍惚，仿佛置身于那香浓的世外桃源。
米的清香与肉的鲜嫩交织成了一道有着绝对诱惑的旋风!那香味使我像一只饿了十天半个月的小老鼠一样瞬间便把饭一扫而光，直到肚子溜圆还在意犹未尽地舔着盘子。
如今，距离这顿饭已经过去了三年，其间老舅也走了又回来，回来又走了好多次，饱饭也不知道吃过多少，可我还是觉得这一顿“暗黑晨料理红石公园盖饭”是我吃过的最香的一顿饭。这一天，也是我最快乐的一天!

“热腾腾的饺子出锅了，大家赶紧趁热吃吧!”
随着妈妈的一声喊，我蹭的一下从沙发站起来，一路小跑来到餐桌前，拿起筷子就冲着目标盘中的饺子而去，也顾不得烫了，慌忙夹起一个饺子就往嘴里送去，咬下一口，嘴里还没品出饺子的香味，一股韭菜的清香味倒是抢先一步进入到了我的鼻子中，真香呀!鼻子闻着饺子的香味，手上和嘴可不能停，要不我的肚子可要跟我发脾气了，可要状告我虐待它了。
一个，两个......我才吃了四个，这一大盘饺子可就没了。这不奇怪，因为我们家人多呀!爷爷、奶奶、大伯、大娘、爸爸、妈妈、哥哥、弟弟和我，叔叔婶婶有事今天没有回来，这一人一个，一大盘饺子很快就被大家消灭了。我是一次往我跟前的小盘里多夹了几个，要不我还吃不了这么多呢。大家可不要说我嘴馋，不懂事呀，这都怨我的肚子，早上老早就饿了，所以就什么也不顾了。
“妞妞、源源、奇奇，今天可要多吃点，这可是冬至的饺子，吃了耳朵就不会冻了。”奶奶生怕我和哥哥、弟弟吃得少，一边吃，一边还对我们三个人进行劝吃。奶奶的这个行为我们都非常习惯，也都非常乐意接受，每次吃饭的时候我们都是吃的饱饱的。
又一大盘饺子上来了，三双筷子同时伸了上去，咦，怎么回事，怎么这个饺子夹不动呀?一看，原来是我和弟弟同时去抢同一个饺子了。算了，我大，不和你争，我再去夹另外一个。不对吧，我瞄准的那个饺子怎么又没有了，再一看，原来是被爸爸夹走了，饺子也已经进到他的嘴里了。不能再看了，得赶紧下手了，要不一会这一盘饺子也没了。没过一会儿，这一盘也空了。这一盘我吃了三个。
“再上十盘饺子来!”我忍不住喊了起来。我的这一声喊引得大家哈哈大笑。
热热闹闹、团团圆圆的冬至饺子终于吃完了。我自己计算了一下，我今天一共吃了二十一个饺子。我的肚子吃的那个饱呀!
回到家里，我和妈妈商量了半天，决定做最拿手的凉菜拼盘麻辣藕片、土豆丁、豆腐干拼盘。我们一起备好食材就忙活开了。妈妈是烹饪高手，在我旁边不听地指点。洗、切、煮、捞……一气呵成，最后一道工序是上调料，我放入量少醋和酱油，在洒上外婆特制的剁辣椒，搅拌均匀后便大功告成了。
到了品尝美食活动的那天，同学们纷纷炫耀自己精心准备的美食。同组的屈楠力做的是卤鸭脖，甘富文做的是蒜台炒肉，王政云做的是肥肠香锅……王政云同学一边打量着别人的美食，一边吞咽着口水，像只小馋猫。
刘老师一声令下，大家争先恐后地品尝起来，咀嚼声、赞叹声不绝于耳;香辣味、姜葱味弥漫空中。我先尝了小甘同学的蒜台炒肉，称赞道：“不错，可以堪称天下第二肯德基了!”接着又品尝了小王同学的肥肠香锅，说道：“小王同志，你的肥肠色泽鲜艳，味道乃食中，可惜种类单一啊!”随后尝了一块小屈同学的卤鸭脖，那就一个字“香”!但美中不足的是色泽不够。最后，我荣幸地邀请了“美食”刘老师品尝了我的凉菜拼盘，她满意地点点头。
到小组投票评奖时，大家投票评选我做的凉菜拼盘为一等奖。说句心里话，同学们做的美食各有特色，都该评为一等奖。
正所谓“百里不同风，千里不同俗”。各个地方的民风民俗都各个不同，也有着各个不同的俗意，但是在我们的老家那最常见的习俗便是打麻糍。
一到过年，就家家动手，热热闹闹地打起来。“年三十打麻糍”成为不成文的乡规，似乎不打麻糍就不像过年，乡里人家里有专打麻糍的石卯和粗大的麻糍棒槌。于是，奶奶便带着我一起去老家参加了打麻糍的队列。
刚一到那，外婆便把那在水中泡了足足两天的糯米拿了出来，在给它洗了个“冷水澡”之后，便又将它放入蒸笼里给它做了个“桑拿”后，它便已全新的面容出现在了我的眼前，此时的糯米已经没有了之前那硬邦邦的样子了，那软耷耷的样子仿佛就是做过桑拿后的人舒服的样子，一粒粒糯米也因为吸收了水份而变得饱满，闻起来还有一阵淡淡的米香。之后便到最重要的步骤，也是做麻糍的高潮打麻糍，先将全部的糯米都倒进石卯中，之后，便由两位强壮的青年来打麻糍，一个打一个翻，轮流交换，“砰，砰，砰”坚定有力的打米声传入了耳略，人们也随着打米声点燃了那颗对新年家人团聚的欣喜和激动。但你别看那青年这么有力气的样子就小看了这个环节，其实单单是那个麻糍棒槌就有好几十斤的重量呢!更别说糯米黏乎乎的，这无疑又是雪上加霜，难上加难，很快当敲的人累了的时候，便跟翻的人交换，使得不会那么劳累。渐渐的那一颗颗的糯米在麻糍棒槌的“关照”下渐渐又变了样子，很快一个纯白色的大面团便出现在了我们的眼前，如果不是亲眼见，我绝对不会相信，这竟是由众多颗糯米组合而成的。终于，到了最后的一个环节了，众多的妇女一齐围绕在面团前，轻轻扯出一小块来，放入自己所喜爱的料浆之后，再将小团对折，轻轻扯下，揉成一个圆球样而压成圆瓶形，麻糍的样子就做好了，而圆圆的样子就象征了那团团圆圆的俗意，在蒸笼底部撒上一层面粉，防止麻糍黏牢后，再将其蒸好，便分发给每一个妇女，她们便将其带回家中，一齐与家人分享新年团圆的喜悦欢乐气氛。
麻糍不仅香脆美味，使人留连忘返，而更无法让人忘记的便是与家人一起吃时团圆那温馨与美好。
